Customer Sales Manager – Northern NSW
The key responsibility of a Customer Sales Manager is to achieve retail sales and market share targets.
You will partner with allocated dealers to achieve Case IH's goals by improving the dealers selling and prospecting skills, ability to build brand identity and long term loyalty.
In partnering with the dealers you will construct and monitor business plans, implement marketing campaigns, develop monthly forecasts and be their conduit to the larger organisation.
You understand industry trends, key purchase drivers and be able to forecast future purchase patterns. You will need excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Your experience has been gained in a similar sales role in the agricultural or related industry. Tertiary qualifications in business or marketing are desirable but not essential.
