Combo-Rate Nozzle Body
The Combo-Rate® nozzle body from Wilger features the latest advances in spray technology. Combo-Rate settings:
- Allow fast switching between two nozzles at each boom location
- Provide a much greater flow to match higher travel speeds
- Result in 300% greater flow through a single body compared to conventional nozzle bodies
With the AIM Command® spray system and the Combo-Rate nozzle bodies, the operator can change from AIM Command to conventional spraying. This allows the operator to easily switch between pesticide application and liquid fertilizer application.
AutoBoom Automatic Boom Height Control
Equip your Patriot sprayer with the AutoBoom™ system to:
- Continually monitor boom height
- Automatically adjust the boom back to the programmed position
- Reduce drift potential
You can select from several configurations:
- Either two or four ultrasonic sensors (one or two per boom) to monitor and automatically adjust boom height
- With or without gauge wheels to maintain the preset boom height
AccuBoom Automatic Boom Section Control
Equip your Patriot sprayer with the optional AccuBoom system to automatically:
- Turn off boom sections when the sprayer enters an area that has already been applied
- Turn the boom sections on when it leaves the applied area
In addition to chemical savings, AccuBoom:
- Reduces operator stress
- Eliminates the worry of forgetting to turn boom sections back on after passing through an area already sprayed
AccuBoom can be utilized on any Patriot sprayer equipped with the Case IH Viper Pro or the Case IH AFS® Pro 600 rate controller and a GPS system.
AFS AccuGuide Ready
Your Patriot sprayer can be equipped to accept AFS AccuGuide™ components that allow for many advantages:
- Repeatability – perfectly straight rows accurately repeated again and again
- Reduced compaction – controlled traffic patterns means a better soil environment for higher yields
Automatic steering reduces stress and allows operators to concentrate on the spraying job rather than steering, and the system allows you to store information for later analysis and benchmarking to maximize your return on investment.
AutoFold Plus
The AutoFold Plus fold/unfold feature is part of the 120-ft. (36.6-m) spray boom package. With the touch of a single switch:
- Booms are raised from the cradle
- Unfolding process begins
- In about 30 seconds, inner-, mid- and outer-boom sections are completely unfolded
- Center section height has lowered to its most recent setting
This return-to-height feature eliminates any guesswork about boom height when moving from field to field. Folding the booms is simply the same process in reverse.
