OPERATOR PLATFORM/CAB
Farmall® compact tractors are designed for comfortable, easy operation. The open deck and step-through platform offers plenty of floor space, while the adjustable, contoured seat and infinitely tilting and telescoping steering wheel on deluxe models let you find your own fit.
The instrument panel features analog gauges, warning lights that are simple to read and within plain view, and fender-mounted controls which are easy to reach and use. The standard foldable ROPS temporarily lowers to make it easy to work inside barns or buildings. |
Platform Options
Choosing an optional joystick puts the control of loader functions and many front-mounted attachments in the palm of your hand. A deluxe controller (available on Farmall 40 and 45 models) also includes a HI/LO hydraulic speed selection on the joystick for convenient transmission control while using a loader.
An optional FOPS canopy offers added overhead protection when lifting bales and other loads, while the optional sunshade blocks glare and heat, and the optional soft cab keeps out wind and weather.
Factory-Installed Cab
Comfort is no luxury: When maximizing productivity means long hours on the tractor, or working conditions are not favorable, avoiding operator fatigue means maximizing each day's work. Available factory-installed cabs for the Farmall 40, 45, 55 and 60 include left-hand and right-hand steps and two wide-opening doors, windshield wiper and washer, plus front and rear work lights.
The cab also features air conditioning and heat, deluxe seat, interior and exterior mirrors, cup holder, 12-volt power outlet, radio-ready wiring, and integral toolbox built right in.
