As acreage and implement sizes increase, productive power drives the decision to invest in a new tractor. Magnum™ tractors go to the field with three proven six-cylinder engines:
  • High-pressure, common rail electronic fuel injection systems
  • Four valves per cylinder for improved fuel economy and power
  • Turbo-charged and air-to-air intercooled
  • Tier III certified
  • Approved for use with 100% biodiesel (B100) when proper Case IH maintenance programs are followed

Case IH 6.75-Liter Engine
Six-cylinder, 6.75-L (411-CID) Case IH engine powers the Magnum 180, 190, 210 and 225:
  • Rated engine working speed of 2,200 rpm
  • Full-authority, four-valve, common-rail, electronic fuel injection system

Power Boost to handle fields with steep grades or tough crop conditions in transport, PTO and hydraulic modes on an as-needed basis:

  • 35 engine hp Power Boost for the Magnum 180
  • 31 engine hp Power Boost for the Magnum 190
  • 19 engine hp Power Boost for the Magnum 210
  • 16 engine hp Power Boost for the Magnum 225
Proven Case IH 8.3-Liter powers the Magnum 215 and 245.
Case IH 8.3-Liter Engine
Six-cylinder, 8.3-L (505-CID) Case IH engine featured in the Magnum 215 and 245:
  • Rated engine working speed of 2,000 rpm
  • Increases engine life, lowers noise, conserves fuel
  • Power growth up to 40 PTO hp (29 kW)
  • Rated for up to 100% biodiesel blend (B100) when approved Case IH maintenance procedures are followed
Magnum 275, 305 and 335 feature Case IH 9-Liter engine with cross-flow head design.

Six-cylinder, 9-L (543-CID) Case IH engine featured in the Magnum 275, 305 and 335:
  • Rated engine working speed of 2,000 rpm in the Magnum 275 and 305
  • Rated speed of 2,100 rpm in the Magnum 335
  • Power growth up to 41 PTO hp (30 kW)
  • Top performance under full load in tough conditions
